This program is for 6th and 7th grade youth and is intended as an opportunity to increase their participation in the Sunday morning service. They serve at the 9:00 service during the school year (September-May). Duties include handing out the bulletins before the service and collecting the offering during the service. There is no special training required or time commitment required beyond the actual Sunday morning service. Youth ushers work in teams and serve either every other month or once every three months depending on the number of participants. A schedule is prepared at the start of the school year and is flexible to allow for trading days if schedule conflicts arise.
